When I saw this, Luke, I said I know there are obviously internal collaborators. But the truth is that the PFIPC was a creation of the Buhari government, but it was never dissolved even when Tinubu came to power; rather, he created a parallel agency similar to this one. Now, internal collaborators had to exploit it to loot Nigerian funds.
