They obviously or rather most likely have killed almost all hostages and yet they want ceasefire deal. Hamas doesn't want peace, they want the war to linger and that's what's going to happen.

This is highly commendable. Two options are open to the non-state actors destabilising the polity. The first option is cheap and doesn't cost anything and it's "peace," and second option is "death."
