What the UN should understand is that the call for abolition offends the cultural and religious views of many nations. For instance, many Muslim countries would find it unacceptable to abolish such a law cause it offend the religious morals of their society.

What′s happening in Uganda isn′t an election. It′s a fraud and this is a slap on democracy. Mr Yoweri Museveni has turned into a full-blown tyrant of Uganda and has a plan to make the office of the president a hereditary one.

The Board of Peace by Trump if it works out well will replace the UN and that′s really nice. The UN has already outlived its purpose. Who talks about the UN? It′s a toothless bulldog of an association. It gathers people to come and talk and talk and there′s never any action.

CHRISTIAN LIVES MATTER.

The kidnapping of more than 100 Christian worshippers from the church in Kajuru, a Local Government Area in Kaduna State, is condemnable. It′s even more saddening that those who were supposed to be the security officers initially denied it, only to later receive information confirming it, which is highly ridiculous. This act of terrorism is being carried out against the Christian minority in the North and in Kaduna, and should not be allowed to continue unabated.
