ICC is a confederation based court and save for that it lacks the real power in stricto sensu. It gave out a warrant for the arrest of Putin by member states but still that's yet to happen, recently same Putin met with Chinese president. Nobody can arrest Netanyahu, do that at your own country's risk.

Chidi Odinkalu, esq. Is quintessential legal practitioner that I so much respect and look up to. His opinions are cogent and rich with wisdom. Thanks Mr. Chidi, barrister in law for this opinion.

Calebcarez quotes.

"Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth."

A government of selfish leaders, the Junta lacks credibility to ask the US troops to vacate the country, but as a civilised nation US accepted the notice to quit and are about to vacate just as France did. I however, wish Niger goodluck in their military pact with Russia. Our resolve is still one, let us rid the Sahara region off Jihadists.
