The August 1st protest is dead on arrival if at all it lived it's lifespan would be short. Protest wouldn't solve the issue, positive dialogue is the way forward and again, prayer. Our dear president needs our prayers.

This is a nice decision. I40 stands as the minimum, meaning that no one can secure admission to the university with less than 140 in JAMB and non can secure admission to polytechnics and colleges with less than 100. However, schools are at liberty to set their own general and more acceptable cut-off mark not less than 140.
