I watched in video where he is addressing himself as the president-elect even after the results were declared by the legitimate institution tasked with such responsibility. This is unacceptable and a call for anarchy which should be addressed to avoid plunging the nation into war. He should be arrested at once and arraigned in light of his commission of criminal offence.
