The missed summons is a disobedience to the legislative House which has an oversight function. They should apply to court for the arrest.

Natasha Akpoti's suspension Constitutionally speaking is illegal. In the case of Speaker Bauchi State House of Assembly V. Hon. Rifkatu Samon Danna (2017) 49 W.R.N the Appeal Court made it abundantly clear that suspending an elected lawmaker(s) is unconstitutional.
