I know even before time that these whole thing of reviving the government owned refinery is a joke taking too far. The Oil Mafia, in the upstream sector will see that that doesn't come to life and even if it does it's life will be meaninglessness. Why not we support the private owned refinery by Aliko Dangote? I'm just asking.

This Bill must see the light of the day, those in opposition are doing child's play. I trust the senate president to see that the Bill comes to fruition. Coming to fruition of the Bill among other things is a step forward in realising a truer Federal system of government in Nigeria.
