This is true, very much true. But at the same time it's flawed. If we must go by this, in one hand it could be good for those who may be innocent but are wrongly convicted, this will mean that they wouldn't die. And again for those who arr guilty it means they're to be corrected and rehabilitated.

I watched and keenly listened to te speech by the Israeli PM and I think he's right. In law, there's what is called "volenti non fit injuria," and if UNFIL refuse to take its troops out of harms way then Israel shouldn't be held responsible.
