It will definitely do, but I fear that Mr. Dangote is banking on monopoly and of course I don't see any problem in that. It's just that an imported diesel is just a little N350/300 higher than the one produced in Nigeria by Dangote group.

The question that comes to mind is "does this stricter punishments deter corruption "? If it does, How? I fear that it doesn't even mitigate it. Man is naturally evil, and no amount of law will change man. But there's a way to bring this to minimal level without involving death sentence. With time I will discuss that.

Making it 15yrs maybe achievable, very much achievable but I don't thing that tolling should be the issue at this point just to justify the budgeted expenses. It's completion is more paramount
