Right to freedom of expression and assembly is not absolute, this is what the Constitution assured us. The Constitution of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) recognises the derogation of these rights in the overall interest of public peace, public safety etc. So, I advise the law-abiding and peaceful protesters to abide to the law and nothing more..
