The protest is dying down in Lagos and Abuja already. Again, provided that the protest is peaceful I've no problem with that but you see destruction of properties, I'm against it it's a total NO!

I was in Zaria this afternoon, the level of destruction I saw was unprecedented. There was massive looting and destruction of properties of ordinary citizens. What has looting person's shop got to do with Tinubu?

At this point I stand with the government. We've criminals in disguise as protesters. The No.1 citizens of Lagos and his office needs to be secured whatever means the government choose to ensure that doesn't matter provided that there's no loss of life in achieving that.

Some well-meaning individuals who cherish peace have already done that. In Ojota, Lagos State the protesters agreed to accept the olive branch. Bloodshed wouldn't solve the problem. Let's give peace a room.
