This is what you get when you negotiate with criminals they′re never going to keep to their own end of the negotiations. The negotiations tell you more about our security, they′re overwhelmed and can′t win this fight, yet the government seem to be refusing foreign help.

We learnt credibly that it was a form of peace deal with the government that ensured their freedom. They were freed not rescued from their abductors. This is a country where we negotiate with bandits for a peace deal.
