People are quoting the governor out of context. His opinion is that there are killings and they′re targeted however according to the UN definition of genocide the killings in the state can′t be tagged a genocide. His emphasis is on his state not the entire Christian population of Nigeria.

This is now clear and we know the plan. It′s about making them a human shield or mocking the American invasion. Our security lacks intelligence gathering and I wonder why it′s like this.
