It's only in this country that the elites obtain court Order like a priced commodity. Justice is obviously, for the highest bidder and for the most influential. The NJC in 2021 at the end of its 2-days meeting has warned Judges of courts with Concurrent Jurisdiction to stop awarding "EXPARTE ORDER" in matters that borders on same subject matter and same parties. I'm always hiding my head in shame to say I'm from this revered legal profession.
