The first and concrete approach starts from the root of the problem. Many Islamic clerics in the Sahel are religious extremists and they indoctrinate and teach their followers an entire version of Islam which is violent and lacks tolerance for other people. The solution can start from regulations to religious teachings. The government should get and approve religious sermons and teachings
