It's obvious but not entirely, it seems Fubara outplayed Wike but I don't think so. Fubara's only relevance is because of Peter Odili and 2027 wouldn't be funny.

Colombia has a great level of drug trafficker living freely and this has made Colombia increasingly unsafe. Apart from Colombia other South American states fall under this category.

This is true but sadly the judiciary which ought to do the needful is nothing but a mere pawn at the hands of the executive. What we've in most African country is "dictaracy," a pseudo democracy run by dictators. Or rather a dictatorship-like democracy.
