Local refinery is necessary to brake Dangote's business monopoly. But still fuel importation would hardly end in a hurry. The said Malta refinery isn't a false. I confirmed it from a reputable individual in the oil and gas industry who I wouldn't mention his/her name and I hold to high esteem.
