Under the CFRN 1999 particularly under S. 36(12) nobody shall be punished for a criminal offence unless such is in a written law and the punishment is prescribed. Now look at S. 45 of the Armed Forces Act (about mutiny), section 37-38 of Criminal code on treason and treasonable felony which the punishment is DEATH, also look at section 410-412 of the penal code. Also look at the foundational section of Section1(2) of our constitution which forbids change of government through unauthorised means. Yet a supposed lawyer is vomitting this rubbish.
