This is good news but we′re tired of hearing we want to see action. It was in this country, precisely in Katsina that a notorious bandit leader killed a DPO, threw a party to celebrate and wore the same uniform to come for a race meeting. Over 20LGAs in Katsina have now had a peace deal under the terms of the Bandits. They keep the gun and these communities remain defenceless. WHICH WAY NIGERIA?

This is so terrifying, how could bandits conveniently kidnap 300+ people without being traced and unnoticed. This sad news goes to show that the government is failing. These terrorists now run a parallel government. I pray and hope that we don′t one day wake up and be like countries like Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan or Libya where there′s no central authority in control of arms. In Lebanon, you′ve Hezbollah possessing legitimate authority with the Lebanese government and the government can′t disarm them, it all started like this.

After taking a look at the 28-point proposal I′m certain of one thing. The war isn′t ending soon and even if a ceasefire is reached on these terms it′s a matter of time before another war springs its head.

People are quoting the governor out of context. His opinion is that there are killings and they′re targeted however according to the UN definition of genocide the killings in the state can′t be tagged a genocide. His emphasis is on his state not the entire Christian population of Nigeria.
