That′s good, but the state police should not be solely monitored by the state government. The IGP should be tasked with some oversight, too. Even though the state police will be fully under the state government.

It′s not a matter of enough is enough. I′ve said that Nigeria should take concrete action. Their government is complicit in these attacks, and we can′t continue to keep quiet and only talk.
